First thing we do is come out and talk to you in person and go up on the roof. If the roof is steep or high up we will send our drone up to take pictures and measurements. Sometimes we will pull a roof report on the roof and bring that with us to give us the exact measurements. Then from that point we tell you what needs to be done on your roof, and go from there.
We can typically come take a look at your roof within a day or two. A lot of times we can come see you the same day, depending on how busy we are.
Well besides all of your manufactures guarantees, we do offer workmanship guarantees depending on the type of roof we installed.
We do not currently offer financing anymore.
We do not ever double layer a roof for many, many reasons. We only do things the way they should be done, the right way.
We do, but depending on where you live there might be a fee.
