3 generations of roofing contractors locally to Virginia. Over 60 years of roofing experience passed down from generation to generation. There aren't many people that know roofing quite like we do. We have many local references who are happy they chose us, and that is what has drove us to continue to serve the state of Virginia with our roofing expertise. We love our customers and our home. People love our knowledge, and trust us because we know exactly what we are talking about, and we do what we say we are going to do.
We are Licensed & Insured
There are too many people around that think that they are roofers because they know the basic concept of roofing. We are fully licensed and certified to do any type of roofing in Virginia. Which means our team of professional roofing contractors have studied, taken exams, and have been fully educated to do exactly what we say we do. We also have Insurance for safety and emergency reasons, which we haven't had to use in over 30 years! We take pride in our safety, and we are extra cautious; constantly watching the weather and radar, and we always use safety equipment when needed.

Everything we do is printed on a detailed contract which is to be signed by the contractor and the homeowner so you know exactly what you are getting for your money. Our story from the beginning
3 Generations of Roofing Services Comes With a Story!
It all started with Louis McDaniel Sr. Back in the 1950's, he owned a sheet metal shop in Colonial Heights. In his shop he made all sorts of steel products as well as steel roofing. One day he decided to not only be the one making the roofing, but to be the one installing it! That is exactly what he did, he started installing steel roofing, shingle roofing, wood shake roofing, and many other types of roofing. His son Louis McDaniel Jr. from the time he was a kid growing up always wanted to be like his dad and join the family roofing business so when he was 15 he dropped out of high school and joined his father with roofing. When Louis Sr. got older he started to grow knee problems from being on high pitched roofs for lengths of time and was forced to retire. On August 27th 2017 Louis Sr. went on to be with the Lord. Today Louis Jr. and his 4 sons are all working together providing Virginia with quality roofing services.
